Job Summary In charge of the development of an operational structure focused on providing all the necessary tools to achieve organizational goals. It is expected that through this position the employee manage to empower the members of his team, to reach an extraordinary development. Through a focus on excellence, the members of your team will be willing and available to provide a constant and improved experience of customer. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for the development and management of strategic marketing plans, forecasts sales, investment budget and annual earnings. In charge of the development and implementation of tools for compliance with the organizational objectives, and delivery of financial results according to the strategy of brands or portfolios under their responsibility. Responsible for identifying areas of opportunity that can be impacted through of proactive actions that influence the performance of brands, and follow-up on operational aspects that guarantee the profitability of their brands. In charge of the development of plans according to the strategy and stage of each brand for compliance with the organization's financial and market development goals by the commercial (sales) and promotional team. In charge of providing, the necessary information related to "Brand/Product Knowledge" for customers, consumers, and the commercial force. at the same time that you must provide the necessary training for the promoters, for the demos, the participation of tastings, and other activities. Qualifications and Skills BBA – Marketing / Advertising / Management or Business Administration. Three (3) years in Brand Management (Consumption and/or Alcoholic Beverages) or activities related to direct marketing. Strong administrative and business process skills; such as skills in presentations, negotiation processes, and time management. Excellent skills for the use of Microsoft Office 360 ? ? (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Power BI, Teams, and OneNote). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Knowledge of budget and finance.
